CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE-RESIGNATION OF AND APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN BOARD OF DIRECTORS

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Diamond Bank Plc at its meeting held on November 29, 2014, approved the retirement of HRM Igwe Ugochukwu Nnaemeka Achebe, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank effective December 31, 2014.

In his stead, the Board unanimously approved the appointment of Dr. Chris Ogbechie, a Non-Executive Director, as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Diamond Bank, with effect from January 1, 2015.
