Kellan announces that Tony Reeves has today tendered his resignation as Executive Chairman of the Company, which will take effect from 10 February 2015, in order to pursue his other business interests.

During his tenure as Executive Chairman, the Group has shown a significant turnaround, as demonstrated by the most recent results and trading update, and is now in a stronger position to appoint a full time Chief Executive to take over the reins and continue its growth.

 A further announcement will be made by 10 February 2015 regarding the ongoing Board composition.

Tony Reeves, commented: "I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Kellan and want to thank all the staff for their efforts in what has been a challenging but exciting time."

Rakesh Kirpalani, commented: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Tony for all his support and contributions over the last seven years and wish him every success for the future".
