The Company is pleased to announce that is has appointed Mrs Anna Ruth Neve (née Phipps), aged 47, to the board as a non-executive director.
Anna has been Company Secretary of the Company since it was admitted to AIM in 1998 and acts as Company Secretary for a further three private companies. She is a director and shareholder of Phipps and Company Limited, a major shareholder in the Company, for whom she has worked for over twenty years.
