("Rotork" or the "Group") Rotork, the specialist engineering company, announces that Bill Whiteley, ChiefExecutive, will be retiring at the Group's AGM on 2 May 2008. Bill will besucceeded by Peter France, currently Chief Operating Officer of the Group, whowill be appointed Chief Executive at the AGM.
