Appointment of Director
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs Trudi Clark as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 4 February 2014.
Mrs Clark is a Chartered Accountant and a former Chief Executive Officer of Schroders (C.I.) Limited. She is a director of Sapphire (PCC) Limited - Sapphire IV Cell, which is listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange, and a non-executive director of a number of unlisted funds and companies. She brings property, accounting and banking experience to the Board.
There is no information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13R.
