Resignation of Director

NTLG (AIM: NTLG) announces that Matthew Pau has given notice of his desire to resign as a Non-executive director of the Company. Under the terms of Matthew's letter of appointment his resignation will take effect from 28th February 2015.

The Board would like to thank Matthew for his contribution whilst a director of the Company.
