22 May 2014 Directorate Change Daily Mail and General Trust plc Daily Mail and General Trust plc announces that, with effect from 22 May 2014,it has appointed Kevin Parry as a Non-Executive Director and member of theAudit Committee. It is intended that he will chair the Audit Committee in duecourse. Kevin Parry brings a broad range of experience and skills to the Boardincluding finance, capital, investor relations, corporate development, M&A andrisk management both within the UK and internationally. He is currently a Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director atIntermediate Capital Group plc and chairs its Risk and Audit Committees andserves on its Remuneration Committee. He is Deputy Chairman of the RoyalNational Children's Foundation. Kevin Parry has previously served as a Non-Executive Director of Schroders plcand chairman of its Audit and Risk Committee and as a member of itsRemuneration and Nominations Committees. He has also been a Non-Executive ofKnight Frank LLP. He was Director and Chief Financial Officer of Schroders plc, Group ChiefExecutive of Management Consulting Group PLC and the managing partner of KPMG'sLondon based information, communications and entertainment practice. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
