Board change
London, April 20, 2010: ViaLogy PLC (VIY). The board of ViaLogy PLC announces that at its board meeting today the directors accepted the resignation of non-executive director, Dr. George Rehm. Dr. Rehm, an international lawyer, joined the board of ViaLogy in 2003.
Commenting on the resignation, ViaLogy's chairman, Terry Bond, said: "Over the last seven years George has made a valuable contribution to the development of the Company's operations. His experience and advice were particularly significant during ViaLogy's transition in 2006 from a private entity to a publicly quoted AIM company. The board would like to thank him for everything he has done to aid our progress."
Dr. Rehm has agreed to continue to support ViaLogy externally, based upon his experience in corporate legal and international matters.
