IG SEISMIC SERVICES ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

IG Seismic Services PLC ("IGSS" or the "Company", LSE: IGSS) announced results of meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, held on 08 April 2019.

Resolutions passed:

1. To approve resignation of Tolkachev Vladimir Mikhailovich, Gogonenkov Georgiy Nikolaevich, Gots Igor Anatolievich, Pirozhkov Andrei Vitalievich, Fomin Ruslan Alekseevich and Chekulaev Aleksandr Sergeevich from the Board of Directors of the Company.

 2. To approve election of Musatov Sergey Vasilievich as director to the Board of Directors of the Company.

 3. To appoint Gladyshev Vitaliy Evgenievich as Executive director of the Company.
