Albemarle & Bond, a leading UK pawnbroking and retail financial services business, is pleased to announce today the appointment of Tracey Graham as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Tracey will become a member of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
Tracey Graham was most recently Chief Executive Officer of Talaris Limited having led in 2008 a successful management buyout backed by The Carlyle Group. Tracey joined Talaris (formerly De La Rue Cash Systems), the leading provider of cash handling equipment and software solutions to financial institutions and retailers worldwide, in 2005 where she instigated a five year programme that transformed the business increasing EBITDA from £16 million to £65 million in 2010.
Prior to Talaris, Tracey was President of Sequoia, De La Rue's subsidiary based in Oakland, California which manufactures and sells a range of voting systems where she successfully negotiated, delivered and implemented multimillion dollar electronic voting system contracts across the United States, including the 2004 Presidential Election.
Tracey began her career with HSBC where she gained varied experience of working in the UK financial services sector including being responsible for leading the debt collection and recovery operation for Midland Card Services.
Tracey is also Non-Executive Director of RPS Group Plc.
