Board Changes
Carr's (CRM.L), the agriculture, food and engineering group, confirms that as previously announced, with effect from 1 March 2013 Chris Holmes has moved from Chief Executive Officer to become Executive Chairman following the retirement of Lord Inglewood, and that Tim Davies has become Chief Executive Officer in place of Chris Holmes.
As a result of the above, Tim Davies became a director of the Company on 1 March 2013 and Lord Inglewood ceased to be a director of the Company on 28 February 2013.
