IG SEISMIC SERVICES ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

IG Seismic Services PLC ("IGSS" or the "Company", LSE: IGSS), the leading pure-play land and transition zone seismic company in Russia and the CIS and one of the largest land seismic companies globally, announced results of meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, held on 07 November 2017.

Resolutions passed:

1. To approve resignation of Gilev Sergey, Arutyunov Nikolay, Stephan Girard, Dubenetskiy Dmitriy, Grabarnik Vladimir and Mashanov Mikhail from the Board of Directors.

2. To approve election of Pirozhkov Andrey, Gots Igor, Fomin Ruslan, Gogonenkov Georgiy and Suleymanov Arsen as directors to the Board.
