Change to the Board of Directors

Appointment of a new Non-executive Director

Just Retirement Group plc ("JRG") announces that Steve Melcher joined the Board as an independent Non-executive Director on 15 May 2015.

Steve has worked in financial services for over 40 years during which time he has held posts at JP Morgan, Marsh & McLennan and as CEO of Eagle Star, Allied Dunbar and Sun Life of Canada UK. He now has a portfolio of roles, including as a Non-executive Director of Allianz Re in Dublin and as Chairman of Euler Hermes Pension Fund. He is also an executive mentor which takes him inside many different industries.
