Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc ("EIO") announces that, with effect from 19 March 2019, Mr John Hylands will resign as Chairman and Director of the Board.
Mr David Henderson will succeed Mr Hylands as Chairman of the Board with effect from the same date.
Mr Henderson has been a non-executive director of the company since 2016.
