Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA) announces that Martin Sawkins, who has served as a Non-Executive Director of the Company since January 2015, has notified the Board of his intention to resign with effect from 31 December 2018.

The Board is in advanced stages of the search for a replacement Non-Executive Director and will update the market in due course.

Larry Pentz, Scapa's Chairman, said:
