Director Resignation

Thor Mining PLC ("the Company" or "Thor"), AIM, ASX: "THR" the specialist metals company focused on advancing tungsten-molybdenum and uranium projects in the Northern Territory of Australia, today announces the resignation of John Young as a Non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Commenting on the departure of John, Mick Billing Executive Chairman said: "The Board would like to thank John for his contribution to the Company's development and wishes him well for the future".
