Director Change

Nature announces that Nigel Sandy has advised the Board of his intention to step down as Chairman of the Group on 4 April 2016. Thereafter, Nigel will remain as non-executive director until the 2016 AGM when he will leave the Board. Berend van Straten, an experienced Oil and Gas executive and non-executive Director of Nature Group since the spring of 2015, will take up the role as Chairman.

The Board would like to thank Nigel for his contribution in the nine years in which he has been a valued and dedicated member of the Board, becoming Chairman in 2012. Through his leadership and hard work, the Group has started to implement the organisational changes required so that it is now well positioned for future success.
