Vislink PLC03 November 2005 Vislink plc announces appointment of new Board Director. Vislink plc announces that Mr Leonard Graham Mann has been appointed to theBoard as an executive director with effect from November 2, 2005. Mr Mann, aged54, is the Chief Technology Officer of the Group's Broadcast businesses and theManaging Director of Link Research Limited, acquired by the Group on February11, 2005. Commenting on the appointment Mr Ian Scott-Gall, Chief Executive, said, "Theappointment of Len Mann will greatly enhance the technical knowledge of theBoard. The Group is committed to a strong development programme for the nextgeneration of microwave and satellite communication products including theintroduction of high definition (HD) TV platforms. The appointment of Len Mannto the Board will ensure that his technical knowledge will be used to supportand deliver our plans."
