UTV MEDIA PLC APPOINTS SHANE REIHILL TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of UTV Media plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Shane Reihill as Non-Executive Director.
Shane is Executive Chairman of TVC Holdings plc, a leading publicly quoted investment holding company. He is also the Chairman of Norkom Group plc and The Agency (Holdings) Limited.
Shane began his career with Dillon Read Investment Bank in New York and was formerly Joint Chief Executive Officer of Tedcastle Holdings Limited. Shane established Trinity Venture Capital in 1997 and successfully floated the Company as TVC Holdings plc in July 2007. Shane holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
