Jonathan Brooks (49) is currently a non-executive director of e2v technologiesPLC and Xyratex Limited (listed on Nasdaq). Jonathan is also Chairman ofPicoChip Inc. and is a director of Frontier Silicon Holdings Limited. Jonathan was a director of Aortech PLC between 2001 and 2004. In addition,Jonathan was Chief Financial Officer and a director of ARM Holdings plc between1995 and 2002. Prior to this he performed a variety of financial roles for theAccor Group in London and Paris. Jonathan also holds an MBA from ManchesterBusiness School and is a member of the Chartered Institute of ManagementAccountants.
