Fenner PLC Appoints Non-Executive Director
Fenner PLC, a world leader in reinforced polymer technology, today confirms the appointment of Michael E. Ducey as a non-executive director with effect from 11 January 2017.
Michael Ducey's biography was circulated to shareholders by the Company on 3 January 2017.
Michael Ducey is a non-executive director of HaloSource, Inc., Ciner Resources Corporation and Apollo Global management LLC. He was formerly non-executive director of Verso Paper Holdings, Inc., TPC Group, Inc and Smurfit-Stone Container Corp. There are no disclosures required in respect of Michael E Ducey under paragraph 9.6.13 (2) - (6) of the Listing Rules.
