BURFORD CAPITAL PLC

Burford Capital PLC, the special purpose financing vehicle created to issue Burford's 2014 retail bonds and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Burford Capital Limited ("Burford" or "the Company"), announces that the Company's Financial Controller, Leslie Paster, will join the board of Burford Capital PLC, in place of Jeremy Garber.

This announcement relates only to the bond issuing entity and there is no change to the Board of the parent company Burford Capital Limited.
