Peter, aged 51, was the Senior Partner of Collas Day Advocates for 14 yearswhere he specialised in corporate and fiduciary work. He joined Collas Day in1980 and became Senior Partner in 1992. He is now retained as a consultant tothe firm and as a non-executive director of the firm's trust company. He is an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey and a Solicitor of the SupremeCourt of England and Wales. He is a former Chairman of the Guernsey Bar. Commenting on the appointment, Andrew Sykes, Chairman of IFPT, said: "We are delighted that Peter has decided to join us. He has a wealth ofexperience and industry knowledge and I am sure he will make a valuablecontribution to the Company." Mr Atkinson is a director of Guiton Group Limited which was quoted on theAlternative Investment Market until 2004. There is no other information to bedisclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13 for Mr Atkinson. IFPT also announces that, due to personal reasons, Graham Hall will resign as adirector of the Company, with effect from 30 March 2006.
