Yule Catto & Co PLC22 March 2007 Yule Catto & Co plc Directorate Change Yule Catto & Co plc (the "Company" or "Yule Catto") announces that Sean Cummins,Finance Director, has resigned from the Company with immediate effect. A searchfor his successor is underway. In the interim, Andrew Burnett, Group FinancialController, will become acting Finance Director. Andrew, a CharteredAccountant, has been with Yule Catto for 14 years and Group Financial Controllerfor the last 12 years. For the first two months of 2007, trading is in line with expectations and therehas been no change to the outlook as set out in the Company's preliminaryresults announced on 7 March 2007.
