In accordance with our announcement on 10th November 2010 with effect from 1st January 2011 and following Paul Taylor's resignation as Group Finance Director, James Kidd has been appointed to the Board of AVEVA Group plc as Chief Financial Officer.

AVEVA Group plc confirms there are no other disclosures to be made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R (1) - (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority regarding the appointment of James Kidd.
