The Board of JPMorgan European Investment Trust plc (the "Company") announces that, in line with the Company's Board Succession plan, Stephen Goldman will be standing down as a Director of the Company on 31st December 2021.

Commenting on the retirement of Stephen Goldman, Josephine Dixon, the Company's Chairman, said:

"I and the Board offer our thanks for the valuable service and considerable contribution that Stephen Goldman has provided to the Company during his tenure as a Director since 2008. The Board and Manager wish Stephen all the very best for the future."
