Rotork p.l.c. announces that Sally James has been appointed a non-executive director of Rotork p.l.c. She will be a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees of the Board.

Sally previously held a number of senior legal roles in Investment Banks in London and Chicago. She is currently a non-executive Director at UBS Limited and Towry Holdings Limited and is an Independent Member of Council and Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees of the University of Sussex. She is a Governor of the College of Law.
