Capita plc - Directorate Change
Capita Non-Executive Director Paddy Doyle has decided to retire from Capita and will be stepping down from the Board at the end of March 2012. Paddy joined Capita in 1992, was appointed to the Board as an Executive Director in 1994 and became a Non-Executive Director in 2009.
The Board has valued Paddy's insight and guidance and the contribution Paddy has brought to the board throughout his career at Capita.
Paul Pindar, Chief Executive of Capita plc commented "Paddy has made an immense contribution to Capita over the last 20 years and has been instrumental in our success. Paddy has also been a great support to me personally and I am very sad to see him retire fully from Capita. I wish him a long and prosperous retirement and know that he will remain a good friend to many of us here in Capita. The Board and his Capita colleagues wish him the very best. "
