Go-Ahead Group PLC30 March 2007 For release at 0700 am on Friday 30 March 2007 The Go-Ahead Group plc ("Go-Ahead" or the "Group") Board change The Board of Go-Ahead announces that Ian Butcher, Group Finance Director, hasdecided to retire from the Group on 1 July 2007 after the end of the currentfinancial year. A formal process to recruit his successor is underway, under thesupervision of the Nominations Committee, and a further announcement will bemade in due course. Sir Patrick Brown, Chairman of Go-Ahead, said: "We are very grateful to Ian for his significant contribution to the success ofthe Group over the last 11 years. AVIATION SERVICES The group's aviation services division undertakes a wide range of supportservices for national and international airlines. Services provided includecargo handling, passenger check-in, baggage handling, information desks,executive lounges, ground handling and customs clearance. In the last year 45million passengers were handled as well as over half a million aircraftmovements. The division includes Meteor Parking which is the second largestparking company in the UK, managing over 58,000 parking spaces predominantly atBAA airports, with a range of customers, including BAA, local authorities,retail outlets, NHS trusts, hotels and rail stations.
