Directorate Change

The Board of Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC ("Morrisons") is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Havelock as Non-Executive Director, with effect from 1 February 2018. From this effective date, Kevin will also be appointed to the Audit, Corporate Compliance & Responsibility, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

Kevin has significant experience within FMCG, most recently having been a member of the Executive Committee at Unilever and President of Global Refreshment, which comprises of Unilever's drinks and ice cream brands.

In relation to this appointment, it is confirmed that there are no further details to be disclosed under paragraphs 9.6.13(1) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
