DIRECTORATE CHANGES
JKX Oil & Gas plc announces the following changes to the Non-Executive positions on the Board:
Alastair Ferguson will join the Board as Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 November 2011. Alastair recently retired from the position of Executive Vice-President Gas & Power with TNK-BP after eight years in Moscow having successfully led its gas and power business in Russia and Ukraine. Prior to that, he held a wide range of senior positions with BP during his 33 year career in the oil and gas industry. His expertise ranges from developing to managing major integrated projects across the world.
Nigel Moore, Chairman of the Audit Committee, will take over the role of Senior Independent Director from Lord Oxford who will remain on the Board.
Michel-Marc Delcommune will retire from the Board at the end of the year.
There are no other matters requiring disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
