Kier Group PLC31 May 2007 31 May 2007 KIER GROUP PLC DIRECTORATE CHANGE The Board of Kier Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of ChrisGeoghegan as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 July2007. Mr Geoghegan, aged 53, was appointed to the Board of BAE Systems plc in July2002 as Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for all European JointVentures and UK Defence Electronics assets. He is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and President of the Society ofBritish Aerospace Companies.
