The Board of Carpathian, (AIM: DDC), the retail property investment company established to invest in Central and Eastern Europe, announces that on 23 July 2008, Mr Peter Klimt resigned as a Director of the Company.
Chairman of the Company, Rupert Cottrell, commented:
"Peter Klimt was heavily involved with the formation of the Company and the Board would like to thank him for his contribution and guidance since launch and also to wish him well for the future."
