Board Appointments
Since the Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") on 14 January 2010, Nicholas Ward has been the sole Director of DXR. In order to ensure the Company has an appropriately empowered board (the "Board") under its Articles of Association the Company has today reconstituted the Board by reappointing Martin Kiersnowski and appointing John Lloyd and Martin Purvis as Directors. Martin Kiersnowski, aged 54, was one of the original founders of Interactive Prospect Targeting in 2000 and has since then continued to work for the Group. He is currently the sole Director of Direct Excellence Limited (formerly Interactive Prospect Targeting Limited), the principal UK subsidiary of DXR, and President of Direct Excellence French Branch. Martin has concentrated in recent years on the Group's French subsidiaries.
John Buck Lloyd, aged 53, is a Chartered Accountant and self-employed turnaround professional who has held senior positions in a number of companies. He has lived and worked in Paris for the last twenty years and has been acting as a consultant to DXR since July 2008 in relation to the Group's French subsidiaries. John was interim Chief Executive Officer of Directinet SA and a Managing Director of Netcollections SAS - two of the Group's French subsidiaries, and played an important role in their disposal.
Martin Terence Alan Purvis, aged 57, has considerable board level experience as company secretary and director of legal and corporate services in a number fully listed and AIM listed companies, and in turnaround and workout situations: from 1993 to 2003 Brake Bros plc, 2003 to 2005 Queens Moat Houses plc, 2005 to 2006 Biofuels Corporation plc, 2006 to 2008 Bright Asset Limited, 2008 Carter & Carter Group plc. He has been a consultant to DXR since October 2008 and its company secretary from 17 April 2009. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a Member of the Institute for Turnaround.

From 2005 to 2007 John Lloyd was Chairman and Chief Restructuring Officer of GAL and its subsidiary CAT. Both GAL and CAT were subject to voluntary administration under French law prior to arrangements being reached with those companies' creditors and their coming out of administration.
