Gable Holdings Inc. (GAH.L), the European non-life insurance company, announces that Andrew Trott has resigned from the Board with effect from 29 July 2016. The Board would like to thank Andrew for his valuable contribution to the Company as non-executive director and as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
Bill Dewsall, Chief Executive said: "Andrew has provided legal support to the Company since it first started writing business and I have valued his input and support. I am very grateful to him and would like to thank him for the service he has provided as a member of the Board. Going forward, Andrew will continue to provide legal support to Gable as a valued adviser to the Board."
