Directorate Changes
The Company has been advised that Asar Mashkoor and Nader Shenouda, who were representing QInvest LLC on the board of Panmure Gordon, have both now left QInvest and have consequently resigned from the board with immediate effect. In due course QInvest will be appointing replacement representative directors.
