Directorate Changes

As previously announced, Sir Patrick Brown has retired from the Board of Go-Ahead and as Chairman of the Company. Andrew Allner succeeds Sir Patrick Brown as Chairman with effect from tomorrow.

Katherine Innes Ker, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, succeeds Andrew Allner as Senior Independent Director. Adrian Ewer, Non-Executive Director, succeeds Andrew Allner as Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Following these changes, the Go-Ahead Board comprises seven members, including four independent Non-Executive Directors, one non-independent Non-Executive Director and two Executive Directors.
