Bioquell announces that it has accepted the resignation of Tony Bourne as a non-executive director, to take effect from the Company's AGM on 26th April.
Tony's role as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee will be taken on by Sir Ian Carruthers.
Ian Johnson, Executive Chairman, commented: "On behalf of the whole Board I would like to express our thanks to Tony. We have all benefitted greatly from his contributions in the past eight years and we wish him the very best going forward."
