Previously he was finance director of Lucas ManagementSystems Ltd and had held various senior positions at Lockheed MartinCorporation. David is currently the non-executive chairman of SHL Group plc andholds non-executive directorships of Servista Ltd, a private company in thesoftware development field, and Plasmon PLC, a technology company specialisingin archival solutions.Richard Stillwell (aged 57) is a practising barrister and holds non-executivedirectorships with BBA Group plc and Penna Consulting plc.
