ZincOx Resources PLC19 June 2006 ZincOx Resources plc ("ZincOx" or "the Company") Board Changes at ZincOx Jon Collins, a non-executive director of the company, has retired from the boardwith immediate effect, following his retirement as Vice-president Explorationfor Teck Cominco Ltd. ("Teck Cominco"). Teck Cominco holds a 7.94% interest inZincOx. A replacement for Jon Collins from Teck Cominco will be appointed to theboard in the near future. Peter Beck is today reappointed a non-executive director of the company. PeterBeck has over 20 years experience as a stockbroker, working in oil and miningresearch and latterly as the head of global equities for Paribas. He was adirector of ZincOx from 2001 to 2005 when he resigned to complete an extendedsea voyage which he has recently completed. Commenting on the announcement, Andrew Woollett, ZincOx's chairman said: "Ishould like to thank Jon Collins for his support over the past few years andgreatly look forward to welcoming his successor continuing to build on ourrelationship with Teck Cominco. We are also delighted that Peter Beck has agreedto come back to the Board where he will chair our remuneration committee."
