Director Appointment
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Philip Shotter, as non-executive Chairman with immediate effect.
Philip Shotter, aged 38, is a Member of Glovers Solicitors LLP. He has substantial experience of advising clients in the leisure sector and in particular restaurant chains.
The Board of Gourmet Holdings plc now comprises: Philip Shotter (non-Executive Chairman), Salvatore Diliberto (Chief Executive), Daniel Rapacioli (Operations Director) and James Rhodes (non-Executive Director).
Aside from being a Member of Glovers Solicitors LLP, Mr. Shotter does not currently and has not previously, held any other directorships, partnerships or memberships.
There are no further details are required to be disclosed under rule 17 and or Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules of the London Stock Exchange.
