On January 18, 2013 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted decision on appointment of Irakli Titvinidze as a Chief Financial Officer. On January 22, 2013 JSC Partnership Fund, as sole shareholder of the company, consented to such appointment. Giorgi Gagnidze, the Deputy Director General, who was simultaneously acting as Chief Financial Officer reserves his position in the company.
