The Company announces that Mr James O'Connell and Mr Desmond O'Connor have retired from the Board of Kerry Group.
Effective 14 January 2010, Mr Michael Fleming and Mr John Twomey, who are Directors of Kerry Co-operative Creameries Limited, were appointed non-executive Directors of the Company.
