HOMESERVE PLC
CHANGE IN DIRECTORS' RESPONSIBILITIES
LONDON - 20 November 2018 - HomeServe plc ("HomeServe") announces two changes to the composition of its Board.
Johnathan Ford, Group COO, will step down from the Board and leave the business on 31 December 2018. His COO responsibilities will be shared between Richard Harpin, Founder and Group CEO, Tom Rusin, Global CEO, Membership, and David Bower, Group CFO.
Chris Havemann will step down as a Non-Executive Director at the end of his three year term on 1 December 2018.
Barry Gibson, Chairman of HomeServe, said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Johnathan for his outstanding contribution to the development of Homeserve over the past 6 years, firstly as Group CFO and latterly as Group COO. Following the successful reorganisation of the Group along four global business lines and the subsequent reduction in Johnathan's responsibilities, he has decided to pursue other opportunities. We respect his decision and wish him well for the future.
"Chris Havemann has made a valuable contribution to the HomeServe Board over the last three years. In particular, his insight and experience around e-commerce and digital platforms has helped us shape our online ambitions. We understand his decision to prioritise his executive responsibilities, and wish him well."
