Directorate change
MoneySwap Plc (AIM: SWAP), the Asia focused prepaid card and online payment services provider, announces that Chee Boon Lee has stepped down from the Board of the Company with immediate effect, in order to pursue other business interests. The Directors of MoneySwap have appointed a replacement CFO for the Company, who will join the Group in the next few weeks. It is not anticipated that the new CFO will join the Board of the Company at the current time.
Richard Proksa, CEO of MoneySwap, said "I would like to take this opportunity to thank Chee Boon for his contribution to MoneySwap. Chee Boon has been a loyal and strong supporter of MoneySwap and we wish him well for the future."
