Trading Emissions today announces that Francis Hackett has resigned from the Board owing to other pressing business commitments.

The Board would like to thank Francis for his contribution to the Company and wish him well in his future endeavours.

The Company also announces that Martin Adams has been appointed Chairman of the Board with immediate effect.
