William Humphries Retires as Executive Director
Patagonia Gold announces that William H. Humphries (Bill) is retiring from the board of the Company. As a result, Bill will not stand for re-election at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting and the resolution proposing his re-election will be withdrawn at that meeting.
Bill has 50 years' experience in the mining and civil engineering industries and has been the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since inception until stepping down in April of this year.
Commenting on this announcement, Carlos Miguens, PGD´s Chairman said:

Bill Humphries added:

It is intended that additional appointments will be made to the Board over the coming months. Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
