Board change

Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), a leading UK IT managed services provider, today announces that Steve Vaughan, Non-Executive Director, has stepped down from the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") with immediate effect to focus on other interests. A review of the composition of the Board has commenced and in the interim, Jonathan Kempster, Non-Executive Director, will take over as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
