Stadium Group PLC07 April 2006 Stadium Group plc ("Stadium") Appointment of Director Stadium Group plc, the AIM listed electronics manufacturer, today approved theappointment of Christopher John Gill as Senior Independent Non-ExecutiveDirector with effect from the AGM to be held on 20 April 2006. Struan Wiley, Chairman of Stadium Group plc since 1999, has announced hisintention to retire from the board at the AGM. He will be succeeded as Chairmanby Nick Brayshaw, who joined the board in April 2005.
