Directorate Change

Formation Group PLC (the "Group") announces that John Lawrence following recent ill health has tendered his resignation as non executive chairman and a director of the Company with immediate effect. The board wish to thank John for his years of service to the group and wish him well for the future.

The Group has commenced a process to identify an independent non executive chairman. Until a suitable candidate has been appointed David Kennedy, Chief Executive, will be appointed as interim Chairman and Chief Executive with immediate effect.
